How the service works

A Lift Pass is the card, while cash, ten rides, day access and monthly access are fare choices. The sales outlet can also matter. The day pass and first eligibility setup are office tasks, even though routine reloads are available more widely.

Discount and free-support arrangements require the proper identification. A required support person travels free only with the Transit-issued ID showing that need. The affordable-pass pilot has limited places and separate household-income and subsidy rules; last year’s approval does not automatically approve another year.
